Hi! I’m Lisa Brouillette.
It was many years ago that I first drove down Main Street in North Conway but all of the things that first compelled me to move here — the place, the community, the people — still feel just as magical 30 years later.
For me, pursuing a career in real estate unfolded naturally. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and I have a deep love for the Valley and the people in it. Real estate was the vehicle that allowed me to unite my passions with my gifts. In the past two decades, I’ve helped hundreds of clients buy and sell property. It’s a pleasure to watch newcomers relax into life up here, and it’s also a joy to ease the stress of those who are getting ready to sell. Hi, I’m Suzie Laskin.
It was after a vacation in the Mount Washington Valley in the summer of 1990 that I decided this was where I had to live. I longed to be in these beautiful mountains with clean air, fresh water, and clear starry skies. I couldn’t wait to make Mount Washington Valley my home.
This is a fabulous place to live or simply visit, surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest, with dozens of downhill and cross country ski areas, thousands of hiking trails and a multitude of lakes and streams. It’s only 1-1/2 hours from Portland, ME and the beautiful Maine coast.
People really care about one another in this community, Mt. Washington Valley, which I call home. I reside in the lovely town of Chatham, NH, which is on the Maine border, a town of just slightly over 300 people! I live with my husband and our black lab, Molly.
With over 23 years of experience, I have a well-trained eye for what makes a house a home. I understand good craftsmanship, construction, materials, and what features are important at this time.
I learned from the best in the business, and every day I continue to grow and learn.
